Here's a picture of George, when he was just a few hours old. That's Mark's wedding ring on his arm, put there at the suggestion of Nurse Lesa, who was there at his birth and saw him through that first night.

George Elliott Millard was born at 11:28 P.M. via C-section at Seton Medical Center, Austin, Texas.

He weighed 1 pound 10 ounces (735 g) and was 12 5/8 inches (32 cm) tall.

George was born at 25 weeks gestation (15 weeks premature). Due to his prematurity, he'll be living in the Seton Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) for the next few months.

Allison is recovering quickly and doing very well.
